Medicare Program; Payment Policies Under the Physician Fee Schedule and Other Revisions to Part B for CY 2011

CMS Interim Final Rule - This rule would implement several provisions contained within the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (removal for first month purchase option for PWCs (except Group 3), reducing timely filing to 12 months) and includes proposed payment changes to oxygen under the Competitive Bidding program.
