The Round 1 2017 clock is ticking. As the bidding deadline draws closer, participating suppliers have the opportunity to get their documentation in early to check for missing documents. The Covered Documentation Review submission deadline is November 16th, which means that packets received prior to that date will be eligible for the review process. Suppliers that submit their packet prior to that deadline will have their documentation reviewed for missing financial documents only. The review does not speak to accuracy or whether or not the documents meet the requirements.
Suppliers that submit their documentation prior to the deadline will receive both an email and a letter from the CBIC within 90 days indicating what (if any) documents were missing from their packet. The supplier will then have 10 business days to submit the missing documentation but may not submit revised versions of the already submitted documents. Suppliers in the nine Metropolitan Service Areas that intend to participate in bidding for Round 1 2017 are encouraged to take advantage of this Covered Documentation Review process.
